Open Your Eyes And Write

I love traveling, and I especially love visiting different places and capuring fabulous scenes like this one. The day was a happy one; blue sky, warm breeze and an awesome spray of sunshine. The perfect combination for generating an array of writing ideas.

I love the outdoors. And I guess I'm just lucky because I've always been able to look at pictures or nature scenes and imagine a plot complete with characters. The above picture would work well for either a story or poem. Or why not both? It's beautiful!

So the next time writers block boggs you down why not take a walk, a drive or thumb through a magazine. Doing this will give you a lift and a boost of fresh ideas for new stories. And maybe a poem or two:)

  1. Thanks for the inspiration! Love that "spray of sunshine."

  2. Thanks, Skywriter! You're a spray of inspiration for leaving a comment:) Sue

  3. I find going for a walk or drive always gets my creative juices flowing. I make sure I have little notebooks in my purse and car. Great blog. Thanks for sharing your inspiration.

  4. You're sooo welcome, Joy! It's a pleasure to receive comments filled with inspiration too:)

    Hugs, Sue
